The Kernow English Hub supports schools to raise standards in the teaching of early language, systematic synthetic phonics and to develop a reading for pleasure pedagogy.

Kernow English Hub is based at Trenance Learning Academy - an outstanding school in Newquay, Cornwall.
We have considerable experience and expertise in providing high quality training and bespoke support to drive school improvement for all.

We work with an exciting range of providers and national experts including: The Open University,
National Literacy Trust, Elklan, I CAN, Voice 21 and Ofsted to deliver guidance, resources and CPD to leaders, teachers, and support staff across Cornwall.
